  1. Acceptance of terms and conditions

    By filling the ‘Osdag training workshop’ registration form, you agree to the terms and condition set below. Also, you confirm that the information provided by you in the registration form is correct to the best of your knowledge.
    Filling the form does not entitle you for having an Osdag Training Workshop at your institute/company. Your request will be reviewed by the Osdag team and you will be notified within the time mentioned.

  2. Rescheduling/cancellation of the training workshop

    The Osdag team keeps the right to cancel or reschedule a planned workshop with or without a prior notification, in case of any unexpected circumstances.For such circumstances, the organizing institute/company can also cancel or reschedule a planned workshop before the Osdag team starts interacting with the volunteers. For this, an official notification (by email) from the requesting person has to reach the Osdag team.

  3. Travel and accommodation

    The organizing institute/company will arrange suitable travel and accommodation (lodging and food during the days of workshop including travel days) for all the resource persons, after discussing with the Osdag team.

  4. Promotional materials and materials for workshop

    The organizing institute/company shall use the names, logos, etc. of IIT Bombay/FOSSEE/Osdag, which are subjected to copyright, only after getting prior permissions from the respective authorities. Use without permission may be considered as violation of copyright laws.
    Also, the training materials provided by the Osdag team should not be shared with any other institute/company, without permission.

  5. Data sharing

    The Osdag team can share the workshop details -- such as, the number of participants, feedback details, workshop photos, details provided in the registration form etc. -- in the form of statistics or testimonials, for academic and research purposes.

  6. Certification

    Osdag training workshop e-certificates will be issued only to those participants who successfully complete the whole workshop and provide correct registration details.
    The organizing institute/company is not allowed to issue any certificate related to this workshop using name(s) and logo(s) of IIT Bombay/FOSSEE/Osdag.

  7. Registration fees

    The organizing institute/company needs to officially inform the Osdag team (by email) if the participants are being charged any registration fees (and the amount).
